Malayalam director Jayaraj is directing a film called ‘Silanerangalil’. The cast of this film include Vincent Ashokan, Vineeth and Navya Nair who get to play the lead role.

Director Jayaraj has made hit films like ‘For The People’ which was dubbed into Tamil as ‘Four Students’. This film was a hit in Malayalam as well as in Tamil. But the sad part is that ‘Silanerangalil’ looks like the dubbed version of a Malayalam film, which most definitely it is not!

‘Silanerangalil’ is an out and out Tamil film but because of the director as well as his co-stars Vincent Ashokan seems to feel out of place, it seems.

But this young hero has his own way when it comes to showing his love for Tamil. He has preserved a collection of old Tamil literature like the ‘Puranannooru’ and ‘Agananooru’ that his father, the famous actor Ashokan, used to read.

Vincent Ashokan has also revealed his interest in playing the hero’s role in future. He has been getting good offers after his stills on ‘Silanerangalil’, but Jr. Ashokan is said to be patiently waiting for the this film to hit the theaters.
